Fiction Books in Which Islam Fights "Non-Moral" Groups

andersonnnunes
I have read a fair share of fiction books. Among them, only one featured followers of Islam in a prominent position.

On it, the Earth and some planets close to it are controlled by followers of an atheistic morality. The more distant planets are controlled by followers of religious morals, including Judaism and Islam.

The book suggests that religious morality was in part what made these groups capable of expanding to the outer planets.

A war breaks out among the dwellers of Earth and the dwellers of distant planets. Muslims join the ranks to fight and have quite a lot of victories, so they are featured in a rather positive way.

At some point, propagating religious morality even further becomes a war strategy for one side, and destroying religious clusters becomes a war strategy for the other side.

Besides, the author makes a good exploration of various issues like religious extremism and freedom.

Suggestions of any other book like that?
